Marketing Administrator in Worksop

4 - 40 hours per week

Elevation Recruitment Group are partnered with a successful business to assist in the recruitment of a Marketing Administrator to join their small and busy global marketing function in delivering a varied program of marketing activities, including events and exhibitions, marketing communications, sales support and digital marketing. Administrative responsibilities: - Generating purchase orders, setting up new suppliers and processing invoices - Maintaining records of function budgetary spending - Administrative support relating to planning and setting up of exhibitions, both in the UK and worldwide - Administrative support for a range of digital platforms used within the marketing function; full training will be given for the specific platforms - Administrative support for local and international meetings, including minute taking and proactive management of meeting actions, to ensure actions are completed - Responsibility for the upkeep of stocks and supplies of merchandise and company literature, being able to monitor these effectively; re-ordering stocks where necessary - Assisting in organising travel arrangements, including hotel bookings Marketing responsibilities: - General marketing support for marketing communications activities - Assist in planning and setting up of exhibitions, both in the UK and worldwide, assistance in arranging photographs/exhibits/promotional items for events, general assistance in organising special events for conferences and people attending - Liaison with advertising agents, printers, photographers - Assist in ordering promotional gifts for company; following orders through, arranging delivery - Help plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department - Assistance with producing company literature, in-house publications, advertising campaigns, including proofreading, coordinating translations, assistance in sourcing and locating photographs - Manage and maintain the stock of product demonstration models to ensure team model status and location is up-to-date - Attend international events to support with event set up - Development of PowerPoint presentations to respond to business requirements Requirements: - Proven experience working in an administrative or marketing role - A-Level equivalent education - Bachelor's degree in business or marketing an advantage - Fluency in English and additional language skills an advantage - French desirable - Experience of using online systems and tools - Task orientated, with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously - Good IT ability, with high-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Planner - Good communication skills and ability to work on own initiative - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in relation to copywriting and design Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
