This is a permanent role offering £20K - £25K based in Central London Day-to-day activities will include… Day to day running of schedules of artists and DJs for client projects Diary management of bookings and projects Management of project management tools to ensure teams are up to date Manage Travel — arranging travel itineraries for team and talent Involvement and helping on live projects including events and video shoots to ensure faultless running Analysis and reporting on campaigns and projects Market research Office up keep The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications… Experience in an agency or brand marketing environment is useful Strong interpersonal and communications skills Hardworking and able to work well under pressure against short deadlines Strong analytical and research skills Positivity is a must Strong organisational skills and efficiency Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of initiative Be confident, assertive and able to pre-empt problems before they occur Strong IT skills — highly competent in Microsoft Office and/or Apple iWork Excellent English speaking and writing Understand overall business goals and objectives Friendly, diplomatic and calm manner An always on attitude and strong work ethic with a desire to create and build amazing things You will report directly to the Co-Founder and work with him across various areas of the business This job description is a guide to the core parts of the role however given the nature of working in a startup, the whole team pitches in on all parts of the business so the role will vary from time to time.
