Our client provides innovative technology solutions (software, APPs) to healthcare organisations ( hospitals, care homes, GP surgeries). Their initial product, has been very well received. They have successfully sold in the product to several care homes and private providers and have a pipeline of sales opportunities; They have been selected as a “technology of the year – productivity improvement” by Health Service Journal They have been selected by Digital Health London as one of 30 small firms to support and incubate in selling to the NHS Overview & Background We provide an app-based solution for healthcare staff to complete quality inspections quicker, easier and more effectively. We operate across a wide section of healthcare driving up quality and giving time back to front-line staff by reducing their admin load. The Junior Associate will join the Implementation & Support team that is the first port of call for supporting our existing customer base and assisting in the onboarding of new customers. The team aims to give a seamless experience advising on the best use of the app and inspection processes, supporting the day to day management of the system. This is a starting role with a view to expand skills and expertise – with previous people in this role moving on to work all over the business. Responsibilities and Duties - Support our existing customer base in day to day administration of the app including: o Managing user access to the app including registrations and offboarding o Process requests for changes to inspections or organisation structure o Respond to support queries on use of the app - Assist and support the implementation of new customers o Lead on-site workshops to demonstrate and train in the use of the app to small groups o Provide administrative support to consultancy workshops with a view to building the skills to lead them in the future o Provide project management support to cover the implementation process for new customers - Support general business processes by creating supporting documentation o Populate wiki with common how-to articles and maintaining business documentation - Ad hoc support work on other business needs Key Skills and Behaviours • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent team worker willing to work across the organisation and support team needs • Strong attention to detail • Well organised and capable of managing projects end-end • Proficient with the Microsoft Office – particularly Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
