As a Debt Recovery and Collections Agent, you will join the Customer Budgeting Team based at our Head Offices in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh. Live The life You will be responsible for the collection of unpaid money from both our domestic and commercial customers. You will be chasing overdue invoices by various methods of communication according to processes within agreed timescales. Also, to manage difficult and challenging situations as customers may be financially challenged. Key Accountabilities: Resolution of collections issues on a business to business basis Contacting customers by telephone, email and letter Negotiating payment plans Overseeing the outsourcing of any legal issues / cases and working closely with the solicitors Following controls and procedures including escalations The Perks The salary for this role is £20,430 and offers you a great opportunity to develope your skills.
