HR Intern
Our client is a Financial Services company operating all over the world, spanning from Amsterdam, London, Paris , Hong Kong and many others. They operate regulated and transparent equity and derivatives markets, offering market participants a comprehensive range of services to meet their needs, including facilitating public offerings and providing trading facilities for equity and derivatives products to supplying market data as well as custody and settlement services. Key Responsibilities: You will provide HR administration to a number of core HR processes supporting the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, leaving etc) Answering business queries Administering contractual changes and transfers Writing references and other letters Maintaining the HR files and HR database system ensuring they are accurate and up to date Drafting offer letters and contracts Supporting the full end-to-end recruitment process Supporting the production of reporting / analytics Any other ad hoc activities Key Requirements: HR/Psychology academic background Prior HR internship experience Strong inter-personal skills Extremely organized High attention to detail “Roll sleeves up and get stuff done” attitude!
