Founded in 1999 this company is a well-established publisher and events company for the wealth management and financial services industry. Based in St James’ Park with members of staff based in London, Switzerland and Singapore they provide the latest industry news and content to subscribers across the financial services and wealth management industry. An exciting new role at a very social company working within a well-established, and arguably, first news and media firm serving the wealth management ; This new role is a blend of sales, new and existing client development, lead qualification and to support the Business Development team. The company has an incredibly broad offering, the business has 3 online news sites, a highly acclaimed annual directory of over 300 Private Asset Managers, an awards programme as well as over 45 events and initiatives per annum. The ideal candidate will spend a proportion of their time approaching new businesses, explaining the business and inviting them to an event whilst offering a trial subscription to one of their news brands. This allows the Business Development Team to meet them and develop that relationship. The ideal candidate will also be in charge of ensuring that each event that the company hosts will be well attended with appropriate delegates in regard to seniority and relevance. The ideal candidate will also be targeted and have ownership of a group of events. The ideal candidate will oversee selling directories and awards tickets Monthly commission will be awarded with different target allocations some measured on output and others measured on financial targets. Time management and role split 25% Lead qualification (event ticket & subscription) 25% Directory sales and PAM Awards tickets 50% Event & Digital Sales
