Marketing and Participant Services Officer in Woking

The Marketing and Participant Services Officer will be responsible for designing and managing the complete customer journey – from the moment someone finds out about events via marketing channels to completing the entry form and receiving pre, event day and post-event (results & retargeting) updates.

40 hours per week
Between £18.00 and £23.00 Per Hour

Key responsibilities;

  • Management of all social channels
  • Content creation / curation
  • Customer services
  • Design and deliver community engagement events
  • Campaign analysis - and more!

  • You should be registered as a university student
  • Marketing Qualifications / Experience
  • Passion for sports (running)
  • Marketing studies / experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills is ESSENTIAL
  • Written and verbal English
  • Enthusiastic and approachable by nature
  • Confidence & willingness to learn new and develop existing skills
  • Adaptability and professionalism in order to engage with various clients and sponsors
