Job description

The Product Returns team plays a key role in ensuring an independent assessment of business profitability by providing valuable insight and analysis into the business financial performance and by delivering key reporting and analytics which assists the Business in making strategic decisions.
The role will encompass responsibility for a number of key financial performance reporting and planning deliverables to senior management.  These are likely to include, but will not necessarily be limited to, all aspects of preparation for the following:
• Monthly management MI and business review presentations
• Presentations for discussion at BI Finance Forums
• Presentations for discussion at Executive Committee (ExCo) and Board meetings
• Submissions to Group

• Supports month end and planning cycle deliverables production being responsible for data consolidation and mapping changes
• Performs insightful analysis to draw sound conclusions to present to senior stakeholders
• Ensures that the team’s KPI and SLA are met
• Supports review of all monthly MIS for senior management
• In-depth understanding of key P&L and balance sheet monthly variances
• Performs detailed review of month end reconciliation
• Ensures the maintenance of a strong internal control environment. Monitors control reports to ensure accuracy of data and downstream processes.
• Proactive involvement in new business initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Qualified accountant
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel (intermediate to advanced proficiency), Powerpoint (intermediate to advanced proficiency 
• Proven professional experience in finance

• Experience in a reporting/MI and a global role preferred
