We’ve got an opportunity for a Property Advisor to join our Property team at our Head Office in Thornbury. Our Property Advisor - Utilities/Energy will provide assistance to the Energy Specialist in producing analysis as required through validation of consumption and billing, small scale project management and control of income from tenants.

 

What this role will be doing…

 

  • Provide regular tracking information to the business to measure performance of projects and trials against the large energy budget 

  • Liaise with Retail and Store Managers to create store performance reports to promote energy efficiency and deliver projects 

  • Liaise with colleagues in Manufacturing and Distribution to create site performance reports to promote energy efficiency and inform of new trials 

  • Work with team to measure savings, validate projects and bills, project manage small scale trial and generate income 

  • Perform validation of projects and bills in increase performance of the team 

  • Liaise with Estates and other teams to generate income from new growth developments and tenants 

  • Contribute to meeting the department’s annual budget through analysing new projects to reduce consumption, driving cash income

About You

So that you are set for success, we are looking for a self-starter, who is an exceptional communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. You will work as part of a versatile team with a can-do culture, so it’s important that you are tenacious and committed to providing an outstanding service. You will also have:

 
  • Some knowledge and interest in the energy industry 

  • Proficient in Excel (specialist energy software desirable) 

  • Strong numerical skills and proven analytical experience 

  • Working on Oracle or other billing platform 

  • Proven communication skills across internal colleagues, third parties

  • An interest to work across teams
