Food and Beverage Assistant INTERN

Food and Beverage Assistant Intern We currently have a part time vacancy for a Food and Beverage Assistant Intern to work as part of a team to deliver high class events throughout London and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will ensure that, from the very first contact with a customer to the clearing up of their event, the event process runs smoothly leaving the customer with exceptional service. This is a flexible role for two days a week (15 hours), including the one Saturday or Sunday. We are based in NW9, and have events all over London. Part-time, Internship Salary: £500.00 per month

What we ask

  • You should be registered as a college student
  • Teamwork
  • 3 years
  • Meeting and Liaising with customers, providing quotations, responding to queries, arranging meetings, creating function sheets, writing menus and choosing drinks
  • Delivering high standards of customer service
  • Working with the kitchen team and ensuring creative and consistent menus
  • Delivering company budgets and KPI’s
  • You will be responsible for viewing venues, identifying new tenders, responding to queries
  • Attending events, Social Media post, General administration, Might involve a bit of lifting
  • Experience of the events or catering industry
  • Experience of the events or catering industry
  • Have excellent communication skills, good written and spoken English, be able to build relationship
  • You will share our passion to deliver high class events catering and be creative and flexible in your approach to deliver outstanding results
  • Knowledge of food and beverage
