About Metail
Metail is a startup that aims (high!) to use technology to help the fashion industry find better ways of making clothes. We’re starting that by turning 3D digital clothing designs into true-to-life model photos of outfits on human models, using digital tech, image processing and computer vision.
The existing alternative to our all-digital approach is to make a physical sample, air-freight it around the world and photograph it on a model. By using our tech (EcoShot), brands can make better designs quicker (which means fewer garments getting binned because they don’t sell) and avoid all the environmental footprint of that existing process.
