Smikle Solutions Limited is an Arise independent business owner and as one of our Customer Service Professionals you would be receiving customer service calls on behalf of some of the UK’s most recognised brands in a variety of industries.
We are currently looking for home based customer service advisors to manage one of our client accounts. Working from the comfort of your own home and within flexible hours you’ll provide inbound customer service and sales support on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis earning between £8-£9 per hour.
You’ll handle a variety of calls from customers ranging from general customer support queries, to complaints and potential sales enquiries. All calls are inbound only and you will not be expected to make outbound calls. However, you will be expected to handle all customer interactions in a professional manner and understand the importance of first call resolution and first class customer satisfaction, whilst working from the comfort of your home.
