Job Title Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) –Student Health Visitor

Based - Various teams within Tameside Community Services.

Band 5 Spine point 16

Contract Status Fixed term 52 weeks, commencing 18th January 2021

Hours –37.5 hours per week

If you are a Registered Nurse or Midwife with 120 academic credits at Level 5 for BSc or 120 academic credits at Level 6 (APL will also be considered) for PGDip you are invited to apply for the SCPHN-HV course commencing October 2019. We are offering the opportunity for suitable candidate to undertake Health Visitor training at our partner higher educational institute Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) via a fixed term contract sponsorship.

If you wish to develop professionally in Health Visiting you will thrive in our creative, supportive teams. You will experience a corporate team structure, covering a defined geographical area working in close partnership with families, community, voluntary and statutory agencies.
