ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Barchester Regional Director, while reporting into the Divisional/Managing Director you are responsible for leading the overall performance of your geographical region. You will provide support, guidance and direction (directly and indirectly) to a varied team of clinical and non-clinical professionals. You will lead by example, inspiring your teams to always operate with the principle of ‘Quality First’ as well develop the commercial success of your region.
We are seeking an experienced Regional/Operations Director to lead 10 homes across the South of England:
3 homes in Berkshire/Bucks (Reading, Wokingham & High Wycombe)
2 homes in Jersey
3 homes in East Sussex (Burwash, Uckfield & Wadhurst)
2 homes in Wiltshire (Andover & Salisbury)
ABOUT YOU
To join us as a Regional Director, you will have extensive experience of multisite management, managing large teams, budgets and resources within a heavily regulated healthcare environment. You will be able to understand and effectively coach managers on what makes a ''Good'' or ''Outstanding'' service as well as identifying and troubleshooting challenges implementing Quality Improvement Specialist action plans. You will be a personable self-starter with excellent communication skills, real attention-to-detail and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
