Working 22 hours a week, join Wellesley Hospital as a Part-Time Adult Education Tutor and help some of the most vulnerable people in society build a brighter future.
You will be a part of an environment which has a strong emphasis on teamwork and will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Teaching Assistants and external stakeholders to develop educational programmes for adults with mental health conditions
As an Adult Education Tutor, you will plan, deliver and monitor tailored individual and group programmes to support their development. You will create one-to-one rapport with service users to encourage engagement and empower recovery.
You will develop on-going programmes and goals for service users based on their progression and will provide supervision to your Teaching Assistant to support your interventions and needs of the individuals.
