The are looking for a talented Community Lead, with a proven track record of growing communities, to engage with their followers and lead their social media strategy.
This is a great opportunity to be able to take ownership, as the sole social media person, and play a pivotal role in the success of a brand. It offers lots of opportunity for development and career progression.
Key experience /skills:
*A proven track record of helping grow social communities, ideally on a global scale, at either an agency or client side brand through CRM, brand partnerships and leveraging influencer reach
*Experience of devising and leading successful social media strategies
*Passionate and able to articulate the social strategy to internal stakeholders
*Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Key responsibilities:
*Generate innovative ideas for content that engage and bring the brand message to life
*Plan the content calendar to ensure it is relevant, regular and engaging
*Build the online community through Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram and other social platforms
*Pull together exciting creative
*Weekly reporting on social media engagements
*Finding and bringing on board influencers
