This is a brilliant opportunity for a talented and innovative strategic media thinker who is looking to deliver exceptional media strategies in a flexible and forward thinking environment.

Key responsibilities of the role:
* To develop and lead senior client relationships, ensuring you understand their business needs and to support them in growing their brands
* To create and implement effective media strategies to launch brands, build brands and to ensure the development of engaging media narratives
* To play a key role in the future growth of the agency - bringing new approaches and concepts, new business and playing an active role in the wider team
* To support and develop junior members of the team and to grow the team further as business needs dictate
* To continue to keep abreast of developments within the industry and opportunities for your clients

Key skills required:
* To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a strong competency in devising creatively led media planning and strategy, from within a media agency
* Most likely you will be an Associate Director, looking to step up or a Business Director looking for a fresh new challenge in an entrepreneurial business
* You must be media agnostic and have an appreciation for all media channels
* You will be creatively minded and enjoy developing innovative concepts to engage with your target audience, being unhappy with just deliver the norm
* You will be excited by the opportunity to join a smaller agency, with lots of scope to make an impact
