About The Role
Online Specialist - Store Pick
We’re looking for someone to join the Online team as an Online Specialist in the Store Pick Team based at our support centre in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the online team as we see significant growth in the business.

You will support our existing stores, analysing data and leading different workstreams to help drive improvement throughout our Online business.
 
In the role of Online specialist you’ll be responsible for things like this: 
• Take ownership of improvement streams, leading workshops and analysing key metric data to identify and establish new ways of working
• Ensure that the improvement plan delivers the agreed business and customer benefits (Key Performance Indicators such as improving product availability, customer satisfaction, customer contact rates)
• Work across teams to ensure colleagues are all collaborating with required stakeholders and operative teams to deliver a cohesive and successful implementation of business improvements
• Design and deliver business ways of working taking into consideration how to turn strategy into action, how the activities should be managed, how they should be governed ensuring a defined framework is in place
• Gather project data, track status and provide standardised management information to key decision making forums
• Negotiate, influence and prioritise required activities with senior stakeholders to deliver business improvement ensuring resource capacity is not exceeded and late additions to the plan are avoided.
About You
 
You’ll need skills and experience like this to be a success:

• Knowledge of stores, retail operations or grocery online is preferred but not essential
• Ability to analyse requirements and translate to the business
• Self-organising individual with the ability to balance multiple streams of work.
• An effective communicator both written and verbal, will be responsible for leading and
supporting business workstreams
• Strong relationship building skills are essential
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
