This will be Blis’ 3rd time when we participate in the STEM work experience program with Workfinder to support female students at the beginning of their journey into a career in tech industries. Workfinder organises such programs once or twice a year - the October one is a tribute to Ada Lovelace Day that happens on October 13th, which is an international celebration of the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Advertising industry for the last couple of years has been challenged with multiple changes being introduced as a response to new privacy legislation, such as GDPR in Europe, CCPA in the USA, and many more. One of the most impactful ones for Blis is the introduction of new features within Apple’s new version of their operating system, iOS14.

As a result of the above, the capabilities to recognise users behaviours will be significantly reduced, making it more difficult to target people with the advertising that is the most relevant to them.
