Role: Customer Service Advisers Location: Huntingdon Salary: £17,850 Employment: 6 month contract Hours of work: 37.5 per week Are you looking to work for one of the best companies in the region as a Customer Service Advisor ? If so this is the right opportunity for you. My client is based in Huntingdon about 1.5 miles north of the train station looking to recruit multiple Customer Service Advisers. In this role you go through formal training a process and supported by a mentor to get you up to speed on process, procedures and IT systems. In this role you will be responsible for dealing with inbound customer calls and likely to vary across: - Processing customer orders - Providing quotes - Sending information pack to customers - Resolving queries My client prides themselves on high level customer service and this role would suit anyone with a "can do" attitude that is passionate about customer service and willing to go the extra mile to get customer issues resolved. As this role offers full training it would be suitable for someone looking to kick start their career in customer service, comes from a retail background and looking to transfer into a new sector or someone with customer service experience looking to work for a market leading company. As this role is focused around using an in house CRM - Customer Management System candidates will need to have a base level of computer literacy in order to be suitable. For example if you are able to use any of the following this would suffice. Microsoft Word or excel, emails, general experience of working from a desk top or laptop computer. This role is based working a 37.5 hour week Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm On offer is a salary of £17,850 + Benefits and overtime - Note this role is available for a 6 month contract and there is a change of a permanent role upon contract completion.
