Customer Service Advisor / Administrator in Leeds

4 - 40 hours per week

Job description

£9.34 per hour

9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Pyramid8 are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to join the Customer Service team.

Our client is a worldwide business and supplies bespoke equipment into retailers and they are a leader in their sector.

We are looking to speak to candidates from a customer service background with a knowledge of data entry.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Liaising with customer via email and phone
• Updating system (data entry)
• General administration tasks
• Providing excellent customer service
• Working closely with a small team
• Liaising with other parts of the business oversees

Required skills:

• A proven track record of customer service/administration
• Computer literate and knowledge of SAP
• Be comfortable with incoming and outbound calls
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be comfortable working alone and as part of team
