Our client is one of the world leaders in healthcare services, they are now looking to recruit for a Customer Service Professional to handle their increase in lead generation activities based at their Head Office in Saltash.This role involves NO cold calling! You will be contacting warm leads and making appointments for the healthcare professionals and field based specialists across the UK.You will be working within a small team and will be expected to manage new lead appointments, diary appointments and scheduling.As a Customer Service Advisor you will have the drive and energy to push yourself to achieve targets and objectives, to earn yourself commission with their generous commission scheme.Ideally you will have experience in a call centre, contact centre or appointment driven environment working towards targets and have previous sales and customer service experience.If you have the right energy and experience in customer service, enjoy working in a demanding environment then please click apply now or call Chelsea at the Pertemps Plymouth Office to fast track your application!This is a full-time permanent vacancy with an international company based in saltash with great public transport links.Hours are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.24 days holiday + bank holidays.
