We are currently recruiting for a Purchase ledger administrator to join our Finance team at our offices based in Shrewsbury.The RoleThe primary role of the Purchase ledger administrator is to reconcile invoices to our accounts system in preparation for the monthly payment runs. This is an administration role which consist mainly of data entry works as well as other administrative tasks to assist the department and the Company. You will be required to liaise with departments outside of finance to ensure received invoices are correct and chase for invoices to be signed off with several departmental Managers.What we are looking forThis is a part time role of 20 hours per week, the hours of work are flexible and can be adjusted to suit both the successful applicant and the needs of the business. Although previous experience in working within a Purchase ledger role is desirable, it is not an essential requirement as in-house training will be provided. We will expect applicants to be I.T literate and well versed in using Microsoft office products such as Excel and Outlook. An attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential, as well as being able to work as part of team.A bit about usARH Group Ltd is a Shrewsbury based Mechanical and Electrical service provider, we have a nationwide engineer base that provides support to a large commercial client base. We have recently celebrated our 30th Anniversary of trading and pride ourselves in being able to maintain a friendly and relaxed culture within the Company. We have an office headcount of 70 staff working in a variety of professions across the Company, no matter the role or the seniority of the staff everyone is on a first name basis within the Company.
