CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) Manager in London

This thriving, and creatively driven, ethical clothing brand are looking to further expand their in-house marketing capabilities by hiring a capable analytically minded Conversion Rate Specialist to help further advance their digital analytics acumen. With huge potential for growth, and future career development, this role would suit a curious Conversion Rate Specialist who is seeking the chance to work within an ecommerce brand which is ethically focused and strives to support charitable causes which are meaningful to everyone who works there.



This role is to focus on leading all conversion rate analysis, website performance analysis and strategic direction around enhancing website traffic and effective conversion to purchases. You will excel in all digital analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Optimize and Google Tag Manager and ideally you will bring some experience of UX and coding. You must also have experience of AB testing.



Most likely you will bring previous ecommerce experience from within a brand or within an agency, with exposure to optimising activity for large retail, ecommerce or similar B2C companies. Most likely you will be in a CRO, Digital Analytics or Web Analytics role, or similar, and be looking to further your career in a company which offers a great working culture, autonomy in your work, and the chance to really help shape the future of this sustainable brand.
