On completion of training, your role will be a full 360 recruitment process, including - sales, candidate sourcing/liaison, client liaison, marketing and general admin.
The working days are Monday - Friday from 8am-4pm however flexibility is required outside of these hours as you will be filling vacancies as per the client's requirements
Candidates will have:
* Fantastic communication, this is a fast-paced sales job in a busy environment and you'll need to be able to build strong relationships and handle the pressure.
* A passion for sales and the willingness to learn is essential.
* The ability to be driven & proactive, display the ability to go the extra mile and never give up.
* PC Literacy in all Microsoft packages.
* This role would suit a candidate who has experience dealing with customers/ clients on a daily basis.
