A leading M+E maintenance provider are looking for a HV AP Shift Leader to work at a high profile building in Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a large building, leading a team of shift engineers, for a company who pride themselves on training and developing their employees.
As Shift Leader, you will ensure the smooth running of the building 24/7, ensuring all PPM & Reactive Maintenance are carried out by your team, to all building services plant. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of all building services plant including UPS systems, generators, air conditioning, refrigeration, server rooms, lighting and power
Candidate Specification:
* Apprentice Served - City & Guilds / NVQ
* City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 2 / 3
* 17th Edition / F-Gas 2079
* HV AP
* A proven track record in Building Maintenance working within a Critical site (i.e. commercial/blue chip /banking)
* Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution.
* Good communication & project management skills.
Salary & Benefits:
£40,000 - £43,000
20 Days Holiday (12 Hour Days)
