To support our exciting growth plans, we are currently seeking talented electrical or mechanical Maintenance Engineering Team Leaders to strengthen our Coventry-based Engineering team.
The role
As a member of our dedicated Engineering team you will lead a team of Engineers providing a high class of reactive and preventative maintenance to the site.
Our engineers are enthusiastic, motivated and don't shy away from solving problems, they enjoy working in a fast paced and safety focused role. This is a demanding role and certainly not for the faint hearted.
Our Engineers work a 24/7 continental 28 day shift pattern covering days and nights.
About you
Ideally you will have proven experience of leading a successful team. You will be multi-skilled, with both electrical and mechanical experience, however we are interested in Engineers / Team leaders with mechanical or electrical bias. Ideally you will be apprentice trained or have a relevant Engineering qualification with experience in a manufacturing / production environment, FMCG experience is highly beneficially.
