What the role of a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant entails:
Participating in a professional training program to develop the relevant sales skills to be successful
Proactive candidate sourcing via Linked-In, Job Boards, Advertising, Referrals, Database analysis
Selling and negotiating on various levels to ensure the successful placement of your Candidates
Business development - building relationships with new clients and negotiating terms of business
Recruitment process management: sourcing CV's, arranging job interviews and closing job offersWhat we offer a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
* Competitive starting base salary D.O.E plus lucrative uncapped commission scheme from first day
Professional training in sales, headhunting, business development and your assigned market

What we look for in a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
* Bachelor's Degree within any subject and/or some transferable sales related work experience
Ambitious, competitive, driven personality, motivated by earning potential/career progression
Examples of meeting targets and achieving a record of success in former studies/employment
Confident and professional phone manner with full fluency in both spoken/written English skills
