Business Development Coordinator
Summary of main responsibilities
* Develop business opportunities with existing customers by providing professional customer service
* Book good quality appointments for the field sales team
* Develop strong, long term relationships with customers
* Follow up all leads generated from marketing activity
* Identify new business opportunities to generate enquiries
* Follow up quotations with key customers such as architects, contractors, local authorities and end users
* Manage quoted projects and pursue through to point of order
* Negotiate and close sales
* Liaise with field sales, technical estimators, customer services and other company personnel
* Ad hoc duties
Full training and support, including for sales skills, will be given to all successful applicants
