Senior GMP Trainer
Our client, within the biotechnology field, are seeking an experienced Trainer to develop the company's training and development programme. You will be responsible for managing and delivering training to staff to ensure continued compliance to GMP standards and regulatory expectations.
Key Accountabilities:
* Develop the GMP Training and Development strategy
* Manage training and educational resources to ensure continued compliance to the evolving cGMP training strategy
* Identify training and educational needs and lead on collaborations with third party training providers
* Provide expert input and advice when developing and delivering technical training programmes for both Product manufacturing skills and QMS tools and techniques
* Responsible for day to day management and development of a high performing training team
* Liaise with HR to assess / identify soft skills training needs, as required
Experience:
* Previous work experience in a Biological/ Aseptic Pharmaceutical company
* Practical experience of delivering training to GMP standards
* Strong knowledge of MHRA and FDA
* Ideally previous practical experience of QA processes (CAPA, change control)
* Some previous experience with hands on biopharma production/ gowning/ cleaning would be desirable
* Experience with line management and project management
* Strong leader with excellent people skills
