Weighbridge Clerk
Hunter Global on behalf of one of our clients are looking for a motivated enthusiastic Weighbridge Operative with excellent customer service skills to join the team at one of their sites in Kings Lynn
The suitable candidate will coordinate and record all vehicles arriving & leaving our clients site and prepare all necessary paperwork. The role will also involve answering the telephone and liaising with customers haulers and staff members. You will need to have excellent IT Skills in MS Office MS Word and Excel as you will be importing and updating data , allocating values to spreadsheets
The position is an office based role and will be working at our client site in Kings Lynn.
Essential Requirements -
• Good eye for detail together with mathematical & clerical accuracy required.
• Good Telephone manner.
• Excellent communicator at all levels.
• Work within a team environment and unsupervised on occasions.
• Needs to be procedural and to work within strict deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Experience of NAV's computer system preferred although full training will be given.
The Weighbridge Operative will be responsible to our clients Distribution Manager.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm with increased extra hours during their busy season
