Senior Consultants or Recruitment Consultants Engineering Sector
My Client is a large independent recruiter who have 30 plus branches and have been established since 1992, they now have opportunities in Doncaster for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant who have engineering/technical sector experience within the recruitment industry. My client have experienced impressive growth over the past 12 months and have won major contracts and are now seeking the best recruiters to join their successful branches.
This opportunity gives you the chance to work in an established fun, branch that has a dedicated client base, my client has a true "family" feel and encourage an entrepreneurial working environment where consultants are able to run their desk like their own business and are given the full autonomy to do this. There is the opportunity for the successful candidates to develop and growen their desk/division and build a team around them in the future moving into a Divisional Manager role.
Main Duties:
•Work as a 360 Senior Consultant/ Consultant with engineering clients
•Develop business strategies to target new clients, as well as account managing existing business
•To maximise sales and grow your desk
•Resource and Interview suitable candidates
•Write job descriptions and job adverts
•Build your own business portfolio within the engineering sector
•Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
•Grow your network of candidates and clients Person specification
•Showcase your presence on social media
Role Requirements:
·1 year minimum Recruitment Experience within the engineering/technical sector
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·Demonstrate the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry
·Ability to pay attention to detail and complete required work accurately
·Team player with a strong work ethic
·Ability to work with / without supervision
·An entrepreneurial mindset
·Managing and prioritising own workload
·Maintaining a resilient and consultative approach
·The ability to respond positively to setbacks
·Ability to demonstrate urgency and commitment
·Self-starting with a passion to succeed
