Graduate Cover Supervisor – About the Role:
This is a fabulous role for an experienced Cover Supervisor or confident, aspiring Teacher to really make a difference in this consistently improving school. Day-to-day, you will be supervising the students on planned work left by members of the teaching team, giving you the freedom to refine your teaching style and instil a love for learning. Behaviour has significantly improved in recent years, however with any role working in education, you will be required to assist with the management of student behaviour to ensure a constructive working environment.
You will need to show a commitment to raising attainment and confidence amongst the pupils at this school and ensure that the Recording and reporting attendance at lessons in accordance with school policy.
In addition to this, you will need to ensure that you understand and consistently work towards the schools policies and procedures for safeguarding and confidential issues.
