Salary: up to £27,000 depending on skills & experience

You should have plenty of experience working in Facilities Management & Administration - also with some previous experience in Reception duties or other client facing role.
You will be the central point of contact for clients, tenants, contractors and suppliers in person and by phone, email and website enquiries.
It's important that you have excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office and ideally have worked with Facilities Helpdesk or Service Desk systems.
You will support the team with Facilities and Building Management, Health & Safety, plus providing a high quality concierge service to customers and visitors on site.
