Leicester City Centre

Temporary to Permanent

£18,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, flexible between 8.00 - 18.00

We are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to work for our prestigious client based in Leicester City Centre. We want to hear from anyone with a great telephone manner, client focused mentality and ambition to succeed!

Main responsibilities:

•Handling enquiries in an efficient and timely manner

•Discussing quotes and general enquiries with a variety of customers

•Ensure new services or changes to customer contracts are completed as per process

•Ensure customer information is kept up to date on the core systems

•Make courtesy calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction

•Provide outstanding Customer Service ensuring all calls are closed within SLA

•General administration duties

Candidate profile:

•Experienced Customer Service Advisor

•Impeccable telephone manner

•Team player

•Able to identify a customer's needs and provide the best resolution possible
