This role comes will full training however the company does need to see some knowledge of networking components; SQL, VoIP, Linux operating systems and basic computer hardware components.
Day to day, this role will be massively varied and will involve anything from troubleshooting, technical support, software patching, diagnostic testing and more.
All in all, a fantastic role which plenty of career development on offer within a stable company looking to grow.
THE ROLE:
*Solving technical problems/ Troubleshooting.
*Customer support.
*Assisting Senior Engineers.
*Initially remote based but will work from the Dorchester office.
THE PERSON:
*Knowledge of Networking components; SQL, VoIP, Linux or similar.
*Any Telecoms or Scripting languages experience is beneficial but not essential.
*Able to be based from Dorchester.
