I am working closely with a number of Primary Schools in the Manchester and Salford area who are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants. Starting in January 2021, the contracts range from day to day cover to year long contracts. There are full and part time roles available. The rate of pay is between £65- £95 per day, depending on the contract and your experience.
Essential requirements:
Recent experience of working in Primary Schools
A genuine interest in working with students aged between 4 and 11
A passion for 'Closing The Gap' and overcoming barriers to learning
Excellent behaviour management skills
A willingness to participate in CPD trainingDesirable requirements:
Level 1, 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, QTS or a degree in education
Experience of working with students who have Special Educational NeedsIn return, you will:
