Customer Support Coordinator - based Chester - paying circa £18k

A fabulous opportunity has presented itself for a Customer Support Coordinator to join an award winning business. Located in the heart of beautiful Chester this role offers some amazing opportunity and great benefits.

So what will the role involve and would it suit you??

This is a super fast paced role and and in-bound customer service role and you will also respond to customer emails and calls.

You will deliver exceptional customer service and go out of your way to make the customers experience a great one
You will deal with queries and issues in a timely manner
Be aware of the companies products and service in order to provide the customer with the best possible options
You will liaise closely with other departments and communicate back customer feedback where appropriateIdeally you with have:

A customer service background
Great negotiation skills
Great written and verbal skills
Experience of working within a call centreThis role does involve working shifts but no later than 9pm, weekend work will also be expected. In return the business offer a fun and vibrant place to work within a modern office.
