You will have a mature approach to team management and show a professional, motivated and sensitive manner in your dealings with team members and colleagues.

The role will see you managing a team who on a daily basis are dealing with a lot of enquiries and queries from customers; via email, phone and live chat. You will be ensuring that all these queries are answered in a timely manner, ensuring that phone calls are answered and that inboxes are dealt with. The team also provide quotes to customers and you will be responsible for making sure that these are sent in the agreed time frames to the customers. You will also be responsible for dealing with and resolving any complaints from customers.

Your team sees the whole sales process once an enquiry comes into the business. You will be friendly, enthusiastic and experienced at providing an exemplary customer service offering to the client. This is very much about a customer focused approach and all the actions of the team should be aimed at achieving this. You will also be comfortable presenting department statistics at Management meetings including via charts/graphs.
