Customer Service Advisor
Start Date - 21.12.2020 Pay Rate - £9.50ph

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for hard-working, customer focused call centre advisors looking for a fresh approach to inbound customer services.

Hours available:
37.5 hours per week.

This is temporary contract initially with a view to go permanent after 13 weeks. Hours are Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm. Saturday and 8am - 2pm based in Glasgow.

Training will be for 4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.00pm. Candidates must be available to complete this training in full.

Job Overview
As a member of the team, you will play a huge part in providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for taking ownership and resolving customer queries.
