FP&A Business Partner
The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a globally operating organisation with multiple sites across the UK, after a positive restructure across their UK Finance arm this year they are looking to appoint a Qualified FP&A Business Partner to their Wellingborough site on a full time, permanent basis.
It is a newly created position and will see the successful candidate working closely with the UK senior management time by providing accurate and concise financial analysis to help with key decision making, preparing budgets and forecasts before reviewing them with senior stakeholders and heading up projects centred around growth strategies for the group.
Autonomy is key for this role. They are looking for someone who is a self starter, who is always keen to improve processes and is happy to rub shoulders with stakeholders across the business. You will ideally be a qualified accountant with a strong commercial background and a proven track record in business partnering. Manufacturing experience would be highly desirable.
The salary for this role is negotiable depending on skillset and experience.
