We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join the college in the role of an enrichment and Pastoral Officer to be responsible for the efficient and effective service to students across the age range of 14 to 16, particularly to vulnerable students in line with the "student first" ethos.

This role will coordinate and develop enrichment programmes both on and off site to enhance the student experience, promoting and supporting high levels of respect and support students to achieve their full potential through a positive can-do culture. Also, to work with identified individuals and groups of students and tutors by owning and updating systems and procedures.

Candidates must be flexible for this role as cover supervision will be required as part of the role.
