Housing Team Assistant - 6 month FTC

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Housing Team Assistant to join our team near High Wycombe. Do you want to join us and provide an efficient and effective administration service to the Regional Housing Team? You'll have direct contact with our customers and will provide them with an excellent customer experience. You'd also liaise with our Customer Services Teams and others across the business including Housing Officers, our Allocations & Lettings Team and our Tenancy Intervention & Enforcement Team. The ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic, and have:
• Knowledge and understanding of the Housing Sector
• Experience of working in a fast-pace customer facing role, ideally within an office environment
• The ability to prioritise in a busy environment whilst providing a high quality customer service
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to use your own initiative
Currently some of our teams are working from home, in this role you will be required to attend our offices frequently to provide office-based support. The safety of our staff is of paramount importance and so to keep you safe in the office we carry out frequent risk assessments and have implemented robust measures to ensure you are always working in a Covid-safe environment.
