Person Specification for Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
To be considered you will need to be a success-driven graduate who has earned a second class degree or better and previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role. The school needs a graduate who has a highly motivational approach that really gets the most out of their students. We want to see graduates with the drive to demonstrate their passion for education, supporting learning in the process and show a caring attitude. The school wants graduates who can show an empathy and passion for working with children who have SEN, and those who have additional needs.
