Job description

My client is looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors/Administrators to join a friendly office to provide extra support during their busy period. This is a temporary assignment, so the client is looking for people who ideally can commit until Feb.

Monday to Friday
Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm
Duration: Up until Feb
Rate: £9.05 per hour

Working within a friendly environment and parking on-site.

You will be responsible for a varied amount of tasks and duties:

- Receiving and handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Gathering information and resolving queries.
- Email Correspondence and actively calling customers.
- Updating internal systems with correct and accurate information.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate would have experience working within retail or a Customer Service environment, have a good telephone manner, have the ability to follow processes and guidelines, have excellent attention to detail, advanced Microsoft office skills and can demonstrate excellent communication skills.
