The Role
Our Decorator Centre in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a new Store Manager. With a helping hand from the Assistant Manager, you'll be in charge of day-to-day store operations, monitoring targets, profits and losses, as well as looking after the development, engagement and motivation of store colleagues . You'll also take on an account manager role, forming close partnerships with key customers and ensuring they receive expert advice, exceptional service and a perfect cuppa every time they shop with us.
