Customer Service Administrator
Huddersfield
£18,000-£22,000

Excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service administrator, with exposure to manufacturing and production or supply chain processes, for an expanding and market leading company in Huddersfield.

You will undertake a variety of tasks through the order life cycle, including but not limited to:

* Receiving and entering all sales orders onto the bespoke database accurately and within agreed SLA's
* Following the order through to completion, ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout the process.
* Sending samples and quotes to customers
* Following up to convert to an order
* Updating the stock availability to ensure sufficient levels at all times
* Producing customer specific reports to look for an analyse trends and spend
* Liaising with production for lead and delivery times
* Dealing with any issues and concerns throughout the process
* All other administration support as required by the role
