Tax Assistant (Part Time)
A leading British Retail brand is looking to hire a Tax Assistant on a part time basis, working 1 day per week. This is a contract role for 6-12 months; you will be joining at a key team to support with both European and UK related tax work as well as Brexit related projects.
Reporting to the Tax Manager, you will be working in a team of 2 within tax and will sit amongst a wider finance team of 15. Your key objectives will be to support with the tax for the group operations based in the UK and Europe .
The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in a tax role and will ideally have international tax experience. Knowledge of the retail sector is beneficial but not essential. You must be a self-starter, able to use your initiative and have excellent attention to detail. You must be willing to commit to working part time, 1 day per week for a minimum of 6 months.
