Graduate Sales
An office based sales position for a Graduate, based in Fareham, near Southampton
Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is looking for 2 new graduates to work in business sales roles as Graduate Recruitment Consultants at our offices in Fareham near to Southampton and Winchester. This role will suit graduates who feel they could have a talent for business development and want to work in a fast-paced office in a team environment. You will be working with a friendly and motivated group of graduates on the Cams Hall business park on the edge of Fareham and full training will be provided.

We offer our graduates a clear route to progression and our Recruitment Consultants are paid a good basic salary with target-based commission and bonuses on top, so that their earnings can increase substantially year on year.
We are looking for graduates who are confident, competitive and have an excellent telephone manner as well as great communication skills. You will need to have the desire to succeed in business and will have plenty of determination, enthusiasm and ambition.
