Please note this position is Part-time, 15 hours.

Join our embedded Clinical Services Team and help us to help the children and young people we live and learn with to realise a future filled with aspiration and achievement and have uniquely outstanding outcomes.

Across all of our specialist schools, children’s homes and integrated provisions, we provide unrivalled levels of therapeutic support, both in terms of our expertise and breadth of provision to children and young people presenting with a complexity of need including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions and special educational needs.

The role

You will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to offer therapeutic living and learning environments and offer individualised interventions and engagement based on clinical assessment and formulation and provide training, workshops, guidance and consultation to the wider team of educationalists and therapeutic parents.

Our therapists work collaboratively alongside our schools and children’s homes, this ensures that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care and support we offer all of our children and young people.

Your profile

A qualified therapist registered with the HCPC or other regulating professional body.

A child centred specialist with proven skills and experience to engage with children and young people with complex needs.

Experience of supporting the team around a child or young person through the provision of consultation, modelling and training

You’re also highly organised and ready to take the initiative.

Rewards

Pay Scale: Therapist 1 - 9 with full school holidays, term-time or 52-week working patterns available.
